VRTO All activities and services performed by Rail Service Center Rotterdam B.V. are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Rotterdam Terminal Operators’ Association (VRTO), as filed with the registry of the Rotterdam District Court on 11 December 2023 (‘VRTO Conditions’). The VRTO Conditions include an arbitration clause. The VRTO Conditions can be downloaded here. Any booking or instructions will be deemed as unconditional acceptance of the VRTO Conditions. Rail Service Center Rotterdam B.V. explicitly rejects the applicability of any other general terms and conditions.
